Michael Douglas was accused of inappropriate behavior by one of his former employees.

Michael Douglas has been officially accused of sexual misconduct.

Actor Michael Douglas, had pre-emptively dismissed the sexual allegations brought against him by a former employee of his, after learning of an upcoming expose detailing the accusations.

According to author and journalist, Susan Braudy, Douglas reportedly used profanities, made inappropriate jokes and kept commenting on her body. When she asked the actor to stop making remarks, he laughed. More so, the detailed account includes an incident where Douglas allegedly masturbated in front of her.

Braudy backed up her story by keeping pay stubs and other documents that she gathered during her employment at Douglas’s production company. More so, she reportedly told three friends of the incident, one of which is Michael Wolff, author of the controversial book Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House.

The actor reportedly started masturbating in front of Braudy during a script meeting at his apartment.

“I peered at him and saw he’d inserted both hands into his unzipped pants. I realized to my horror that he was rubbing his private parts.” Said Braudy.

The woman said that she ran out the door after the incident with Douglas following behind and thanking her for her help.

After the alleged encounter, their work relationship started to strain. According to Braudy, Douglas asked her at one point to sign a confidentiality agreement, which she believed was a sign that the actor was preparing to fire her. She was able to postpone her eventual firing for six months after her lawyer urged her not to sign the contract. Braudy was fired in 1989 without having signed the agreement.

Michael Douglas commented on the allegations via his lawyer saying that all claims pertaining to inappropriate sexual behavior are a “complete fabrication”. More so, he admitted to using vulgar language when Braudy was in the room, however, no remark was aimed at her specifically.
